Item Exchange: 

WHAT can be returned? 
Most items are returnable, some restrictions apply. Electrical items and special orders are non-refundable. 

WHEN do items need to be returned by? 
Boske Motorsports offers a 7 days return providing the items are undamaged, untarnished and are in original packaging. Any signs of fitment will immediately void the return/refund/exchange. So in other words, you fit it, you own it.

All items are to be returned to our central office:

HOW do customers return items? 
Contact one of our sales team prior to sending any returns or request a return via the website. 

SHIPPING for returns? 
The buyer must pay for all shipping cost on incorrectly purchased items. If the item is under warranty or an incorrect item has been sent Boske Motorsports will pay for return shipping costs with our preferred carrier. If you decide to use an alternate carrier, this will be at the buyers expense and not reimbursed. 

CREDIT for returns? 
Exchange or refund (less original postage costs).

Packing materials? 
Items need to be in original packaging in order to process returns. 

Shipping Policy: 
At Boske Motorsports we aim to get your order out the door as quick as possible. Generally most orders are dispatched within 3 working days (not including public holidays, weekends etc). Some items will come from via another warehouse so may take longer depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Most delivery times 3 to 10 working days, except remote regions which can be up to 2 weeks. Express is available on most items which usually is 1 to 2 days delivery. (some bulky goods excluded). Express and courier services are often an “Authority To Leave” request. If you are not home at the time the delivery reaches your address, the driver will simply leave your parcel conveniently at the location, so keep your eyes peeled for your order as it is your responsibility to collect it once it has left the courier’s possession! Some drivers chose not to leave the goods and may leave a calling card with contact details to arrange delivery/collection.

Boske Motorsports offers a 7 day return policy which attracts a 25% re-stocking fee of the invoice total provided the item is deemed to be in a resalable condition as determined by BMS. In the event the item has been fitted, the refund policy is null and void and therefore no refund will be issued. Please refer to www.bmsautoparts.com for our full returns policy.
